With the conclusion of an easyTEL-mobile phone contract online or via APP, you have a statutory right of cancellation in accordance with the following cancellation policy.

 

Right of rescission to the contract easyTEL

You have the right to revoke the easyTEL mobile phone contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To take advantage of your right of rescission, you must inform us of your decision to cancell from this contract by means of a clear statement (letter, fax or e-mail). To make it easier for you, we have included a recall form below, but you do not have to use it.

Consequences of recall

If you recall this contract, we will repay all payments we received form you, immediatley or at the least within 14 days after we received your recall. For this repayment we use your PayPal account specified during activation. The repayment is free of charge for you.

If, at your request, we have already provided chargeable services during the cancellation period, these may be billed pro rata until receipt of your revocation in accordance with the price list.
