The easyTEL app has all the functions you need to make your mobile phone experience as easy and carefree as possible:

• Switch between mobile phone tariffs for free
• Add a Family SIM
• Book data snacks
• Check your data consumption
• View your contract
• Cancel your mobile phone contract monthly
• View PIN & PUK
• Change address
• View and download all invoices

Don’t panic – you can easily continue surfing, just a little slower. Your surfing speed will be throttled to 32Kbit/s in download and upload. If that’s not enough for you, you have two more options:

1. you can add 1GB, 2GB or 5GB DataSnacks to easy in your easyTEL app as often as you like to top up your data volume.

2. you can easily change your tariff every month in your easyTEL mobile app. Changing tariffs naturally involves additional or reduced costs, but no extra costs or effort. Please note that you can only change your easyTEL tariff once a month. Adjust your data volume to your monthly requirements.

You can currently pay for your mobile phone contract with easyTEL using PayPal or direct debit. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, go to PayPal.de and register there.

We have opted for two payment methods to make the payment process as easy as possible. Once linked to PayPal or direct debit, you never have to worry about your payment again.

You can use easyTEL abroad as usual. Please note that costs may be incurred in other countries. The amount of the costs depends on the respective country. You can find the prices in your easyTEL app under My data > Legal > Prices. You can also surf and make calls in all EU roaming countries at no extra cost.

The eSIM (embedded SIM) or easySIM is a digital SIM card that is permanently installed in many new mobile phones. In contrast to a conventional physical SIM card, the eSIM is fully digital. The eSIM can replace your physical SIM card or supplement it in dual-SIM capable mobile phones. The dual SIM function allows two SIM cards to be used in parallel, a physical SIM and an eSIM.

Cancel your existing mobile phone contract or prepaid contract in good time and download the easyTEL mobile phone app. During the ordering process, you will be asked whether you would like to transfer your current phone number to easyTEL. You can then enter your current phone number and provider and choose whether the number transfer should be carried out as soon as possible or at the end of the contract. We’ll take care of the rest!
